Moths usually have plump bodies. Butterflies usually have thin bodies. Moths usually have antennae that look like small feathers. Butterflies usually have thin antennae with knobs on the end. Moths usually hold their wings flat while eating or resting. Butterflies usually hold their wings up while eating or resting.
